“Pink & Green should never been seen” How often have you heard that in your life?

Well… in todays modern world there is no such color combination that can not been seen to getter. We are free to use our own artistic creativity and combine any color combination we feel up to. And that’s exactly what I did!

And as a little color rebel I just LOVE Pink and green together. As logn as it is bright lime green HEY! A girl can be picky you know!

Color rebel is another fun beadsoup strand of beads. A small starfish button, a lareg funky fraggles, Petal bead, a blown hollow bead and a frosty round. Combined with loads of spacers, almost all of them come in pairs of 2. So you have enough beadpairs to make cute earrings and the focal beads work great as pendants.

I just LOVE beadsoup, there is a little bit of everything and for a girl that never makes up her mind, this is great. I don’t need to choose for a certain style or design. I get them ALL!!

Galaxy Fraggies

Fraggies going outta space, with more glitter and sparkle then is good for them
As the days are getting shorter and colder, the sun have made space for the rain. Everything seems less bright and colorfull….well that’s the time that we could use a little extra sparkle, to brighten up our days!

These fraggies do all of that and more! These little guys….. well not so little as they are a lot bigger then those bright and colorfull fraggies. They all have a black base, but the glitter and sparkle varies from many shades.

I think it is time to show some of that sparkle.

I have had lot’s of fun making them so I am thinking about doing a girlie set as well in pink and purple base colors.

Glass Tops

Oo I have been having fun making these glass tops. I kept it simple for now, playing with spirals and flower designs.

I decided to make some to match the pendants I made the other day. So they could be a perfect set to wear. Allthough I now think they need earrings to go with as well…. so I guess you all know what I will be doign next

But I also worked on some experimental shapes/designs. I have some more ideas in my head that I need to translate into a actual glass topper which I will eventually. I just need to get some supplies first.

Back to my roots….

I forgot how much fun it is to design jewelry, but I can still remember how I could get so stressed out about not being able to create what I have in mind. It is not really stressfull then in is frustrating. And YES! I struggled and doubted my work like I always do.
I am often told that I am to hard on myself. But hey… that’s a good thing right? It makes sure that you always push yourself and try harder.

I have been smart tho, I decided to stick with pendants for today. And I have to confess that I kinda like them!
The first pendant is finished as you can see, I am still debating if the other pedant will become the same style, pendant wise, or if I will make it slightly different. Should I include some gems as dangles underneath the pendant or maybe keep some extra silver exposed…. hmmm I am still not sure what to do. So I am eyeballing it for a day or two.

But for now, I am for once a happy camper! And I like that feeling.

Art Clay Silver

Beside glass, lampwork in particular I also like to work with silver and silver clay.

This is my latest ring that I made in a beach theme, I also have a pendant to go with it and I am currently desiging the earrings.
They will all have white zirconia’s and similar decorations.

I made these after I started a pendant with a big Labradorite.

BeadSoup fun

It was time to try out something new to keep offer my customers more then just beadsets. Instead of making sets of 9 or 15 beads I have made mixed sets all in the same colors but different sizes, decorations and shapes. And I must say that I am just LOVING the sets so much!

The first four sets are now up on Ebay. 3 big strands and 1 small strand of BeadSoup.

Strawberry Fudge

Strawberry Fudge, sounds yummie huh? I think they are yummie, but not something to bite in. It’s the name of a big strand of donut shaped beads in shades of pinks, cream and browns.

They are currently up on ebay and ending tonight.

I had lot’s of fun making these beads, so I think I will be making more strands in different color combinations inspired by these.

Well…. actually I made these after I made individual beads that turned out to be a perfect set of BHB aka charm beads. And I have been working on more sets, so stay tuned!

Second Bead Soup Reveal

Charlene is my second Bead Soup Partner and she send me a great bead soup as well. More challenging for me as it included beads and findings that I would not pick as fast as I would do with other beads. But that;s what this is all about.

I have looked and looked at it and then all of a sudden it came to me. And within a short period of time I made 3 necklaces.

This is the result:

The only supplies I added to teh design is the leather cord + cord ends. I just love this necklace. Simple but great.

Where these two necklaces together or seperate. Whatever you do, it will look smashing.

BeadSoup BIG Reveal !!!

It is time to show of what I made with the BeadSoup of my 2 lovely partners:

The following pieces have been shown to the public a couple of times already I had Vintaj on my list for a long time but never could I decide what to order…. Karen made it easy for me as she packed me some Vintaj supplies YEAH!!!!

Necklace, earrings and bracelet. Using many of the beads and components of my Beadsoup. I only added the leather cord ( with silver cord caps… as I did not have any brass ones, but it will be changed asap )
