My first participation in the Bead Soup Blog Party, I had fun but struggled at the same time.
But… the fun part was much bigger and therefor I decided to join the 6th Bead Soup Blog Party. And I am not just joining for 1 of the reveal dates, I had requested Lori to participate in all three reveal dates. ( if possible )
And I was partnered twice!!! YEAH
My first partner is Karen Vincent and my second partner is Charlene Jacka.
Charlene and I have ben in contact already, he is such a talented artist who works in metal clay and ceramics.
If you have a chance you should really check out her work. http://clay-space.com/blog & http://www.etsy.com/shop/CNJceramics
I cannot wait to get started on the bead soup for both my partners.
I am very very curious what Charlene will make me for Bead Soup. I have never worked with ceramics ( beside bisque beads as a ase for my ACS… )
I will have to get in touch with Karen to find out a little more about her and what she is into. So stay tuned to get more info on Karen as she is my second Bead Soup Partner.
I also want to say a very very BIG THANK YOU to Lori, who makes it all possible. Who goes to all the trouble to make the Bead Soup possible. For anybody who wants to know more about the Bead Soup Blog Party or Lori check out her stylish blog http://lorianderson-beadsoupblogparty.blogspot.nl/

I admire your beads. I’m looking forward to the bead soup blog party also. Do you teach classes? I will be near you (in Germany near the border) in August.

Your soup turned out just deoicilus! I adore the fact that you got to pull out the alcohol inks (I did too.) As well, I’m glad the ribbon got incorporated as well. It really adds a lot of color to the piece. Wonderful all the way around!

OMG, I love it and want it! I loved those colors from the monemt I saw them, but the fabric makes it even more delicious. I see so many people use it but I can’t seem to get the knack — or maybe I’m just using the wrong stuff? Maybe you can email me and tell me where you get yours?I hope you’ll join me again — the new badge and dates will be posted on my blog on the 19th!Love, Lori

Love the whole feel of this necklace. Those small baeedd details around the ribbon make such an impact. I love the colour of the ribbon you chose. It reminds me of natural raffia and I think it gives the necklace a really organic look.

Well it’s a hit. I got to see it in person and it is a ralely cool bohemian design. The beads on the ribbon are gorgeous and I love the way it hangs. I love what you did with the focal and the combo of colors. Great job.
